Sermons

Dr. John Moore is currently a professor of psychology at WSCC. He has a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a master’s degree in health psychology, a second master’s degree in research methods, and a PhD in discursive psychology. He has held teaching positions at the University of Wisconsin Parkside and at Olivet College in Michigan, and has served as a post-doctoral research fellow at the University of Nottingham, UK. His research and publications have focused on topics such as suicide prevention, advice, empathy in interactions, and supporting those with mental health
needs. Originally from Waterford in Ireland, he now lives in Manistee.
